DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, December 8, 1958. Agreement for Reed to appear as a panelist on I’ve Got a Secret on CBS for $500. Signed on the reverse by Reed, who has also initialed two small riders stapled to the reverse. In fine condition, with four staples to edges and some scattered toning.
